Connect virtually with Lauren on Friday for pranayama practice to balance the brain and nervous system, reduce stress, and ground. Prana- is life force energy and Yama- is tuning. Through the practice of pranayama we can tap into this energy through our breath to cultivate a more conscious connection on a subtler level. The deeper we begin to work with our breath, the greater we can benefit physically, mentally, and spiritually. As we turn inward we gain back our power within to heal and be in control of our life.
