A digital-video presentation of the research that went into writing Windigo Moon

Join author and world traveler Robert Downes as he celebrates the release of his new novel Windigo Moon:  A Novel of Native America on Wednesday, October 4, at 7:00 pm in the Peter White Public Library’s Community Room.

 

Downes’ visit to the Peter White Public Library is part of a four-state tour promoting his book, which is published by Blank Slate Press/Amphorae Publishing.  The novel is set 400 years ago among the Ojibwe Indians of the Upper Great Lakes.  It’s a love story that begins in 1588, encompassing 31 years in the life of an Ojibwe couple.
