FREE WOMEN'S YOGA
Sculpt Yoga is a unique, full-body yoga workout that incorporates foundational Power Yoga postures with light to moderate dumbbells to work your arms, shoulders, chest, back, and core. Power Yoga postures keep the lower body and core engaged while we utilize weights to build long, lean, and toned upper body muscles.
Some of the key benefits of Sculpt Yoga include: building lean muscle mass, increasing range of motion and flexibility, enhancing metabolism and weight loss, calming the mind, and reducing stress and tension.
