Finnish Music 101

The Beaumier Heritage Concert Series will be presenting a special St. Urho’s Day concert featuring 100 years of Finnish music. “Finnish Music 101” commemorates the centennial of Finland by featuring 2-3 songs from each decades since 1917.  The music will be performed by a group of musicians from the Copper Country including Pasi Lautula (PasiCats), Oren Tikkanen (Thimbleberry Band) and Bob Hiltunen (Steve Jones and the Garden City Hot Club).  There will be a multi-media presentation connected with each song and special musical guests throughout the event.

Tickets will be available at the door; $5 for adults and $1 for students.

PARKING INFO

The Black Box can be accessed from the lot in front of the Forest Roberts Theatre, or closer parking is available right outside the McClintock building.
