Buddhist Meditation Class

An introduction to the Buddha’s revolutionary practices of Mindfulness, Loving-kindness, and Compassion. Come sit with us!

Held in the Conference Room at the Peter White Public Library.

This class is based primarily on the early teachings of the Buddha. Emphasis is placed on current trends in Western Secular Buddhism. We study the book “The Heart of the Revolution: the Buddha’s Radical Teachings on Forgiveness, Compassion, and Kindness” by Noah Levine. This class is ideal for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
