POSTPONED to July 5 - 4th of July Fireworks
Please note, this event has expired.
POSTPONED – The Marquette area Fourth of July Fireworks will take place on Friday, July 5 at dusk in the Ellwood Mattson Lower Harbor Park.
Due to inclement weather, the fireworks have been rescheduled for July 5. The decision to cancel or delay was made by Fire Chief Ian Davis of the Marquette Fire Department due to the storm that hit Marquette at the time we were to launch.
The Marquette Area Fourth of July Fireworks Committee thanks all those who have been so generous with their donations, suggestions and cooperation. Without this type of support the celebration would not be the success it is – the Greatest Fourth in the North!
